Like that time a “specific hotel chain” charged us way more per person than we initially agreed to. Time was taken out of our vacation to deal with the issue through their “less than helpful” customer service team. If that wasn’t frustrating enough, there were calls to our credit card company so they could dispute the charges. Of course, we were eventually refunded the overage charges, but we lost precious vacation time dealing with the entire situation. What a mess!
