Contact us immediately if you have any issues with your purchase that would require a refund or returns. We will go above and beyond to assist you and make sure you are satisfied. Please know that our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
Refund and Returns Requirements
Physical products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
In case of a manufacturing or shipping error in which you are sent the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product entirely, we will do everything we possibly can to make sure this error is rectified as soon as possible.
In case of a damaged product, our print on demand company also offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may contact us regarding returns by emailing [email protected]. You will need to explain the issue in as much detail as possible. Also, please send us photographic evidence (required by our print on demand company to file a claim). Once received, we will submit a form through our print on demand company. We will work with them and do everything in our power to make sure you’re satisfied.
We promise to keep you updated on the status of the claim, so you know what’s going on.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you have confirmation from us to do so.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer – It is best to contact Amy’s Thrifty Travels before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Digital Products
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products.
